Directions

  1. Let bread rise according to package directions. Cook and drain spinach. Add in sausage and cheeses to spinach. Add in seasoning. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Roll each loaf of bread into 9x12 inch rectangle (do not stretch too thin). Spread half of mix down center (1/3 lengthwise) rectangle. Dot with butter. Fold over 1 side, then the other to overlap and healthy pinch to seal.
  3. Place on greased cookie sheet seam side down. Shape into crescent. Brush with beaten egg white. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and oregano, if you like. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden brown. Loaves should sound hollow when tapped. Let stand 5-10 min to hard up cheese before slicing.
  4. Can freeze 1 loaf after preparation, if you like. If so, do not cover with egg white till ready to bake. Thaw.
