  1. 1.Cut the cheese in four slices equal.
  2. 2.Chop big pumpkin seeds.
  3. 3.In a plate put the cheese,and,above the pumpkin seeds and pepper.
  4. 4.Mix the vinegar with sugar,oil.
  5. 5.Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
  6. 6.Mix the ruccola leafs wih cherry tomatoes and vinegrette,put near cheese and serve.
