Directions

  1. Cut salmon into lengthwise strips, about 1 inch wide. Weave one piece of salmon on each skewer to create an "s" type curve.
  2. In a small bowl stir together dill, garlic, ginger, oil, hoisin sauce, and black pepper to create a paste Coat salmon in marinade, cover, and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high. Lightly oil grill rack. Grill salmon for five min, or possibly till flesh is just opaque at thickest part, and outsides are slightly charred.
