  1. 1.Choose big,fine,fresh mild red peppers,and bake them on a iron plate,settled on the gas cooker flame.Baked peppers are strew with salt,and covered on a bowl for some minutes.After that,you peel them in cold water,lay them on a salad bowl,put a little salt,pour some oil and vinegar and sprinkle chopped parsley.
  2. If you want,make this salad with baked pepper strips.
