Rhubarb Cake Recipe

• 2 c. rhubarb cut
• 1/2 c. Sugar Put sugar on rhubarb
•     Let it stand while making cake
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 x Egg
• 1 c. lowfat milk sour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda in lowfat milk
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 c. flour (rounded)
