  •     Frzn cut-up seasoned potatoes
  •     Frzn minced onion
  •     Minced red onion optional
  •     Frzn bell pepper strips mixed colors
  •     Leftover cooked salmon filet cut bite-sized
  •     Garlic pwdr to taste
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  •     Dry dill weed to taste

Directions

  1. Toast frzn cut-up seasoned potatoes in the toaster oven till crisp.
  2. In a frying pan, saute/fry some frzn minced onion in a small amount of oil and some minced red onion, if you have it. Add in frzn bell pepper strips.
  3. When which's done, add in leftover cut up salmon filet. Add in the crisp potato pcs, and season to taste with garlic pwdr, salt, pepper, dry dill weed. (Be sure to taste first, though, since the potatoes are already seasoned.) Toss gently so salmon pcs do not fall apart. Heat briefly and serve. I like this with salad greens.
