Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. semisweet chocolate pcs
Directions
- Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into paper lined 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups, filling 1/2 full.Put together cream cheese, sugar and egg in bowl. Beat with electric mixer at high speed 2 min or possibly till smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate pcs. Drop cream cheese mix by teaspoonfuls into each muffin pan cup.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 20 min or possibly till cupcakes test done. Remove from pan. Cool on racks. Makes 30 cupcakes. They freeze well.
