Directions

  1. Partially bake sweet potatoes; cold and slice into 1 1/2 qt casserole with sliced apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Add in pepper and salt, if you like. Brown pork chops in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam and place on top of apples. Add in water. Bake, uncovered, till tender, about 1 1/4 hrs at 325-350 degrees.
