Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 lg. container Cold Whip
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Prepare one yellow cake mix according to directions; cold. Mix cream cheese with vanilla pudding and lowfat milk. Spread on cooled cake. Spread pineapple over pudding mix. Spread Cold Whip over pineapple and coconut and then nuts over the Cold Whip.
