Directions

  1. Place peach halves in individual serving dishes; top with a scoop of sherbet. Sprinkle with raspberries or possibly strawberries. Spoon 1 tsp. peach schnapps over sherbet. Serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
  2. NOTE: To prepare ahead, peel and halve peaches. Place in a bowl and cover with pineapple juice to prevent discoloration; drain peaches well before serving.
