Ingredients

  • 2 c. Tripolini or possibly small sea shell macaroni
  • 1/3 c. Minced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1 can (8-ounce) artichoke hearts, quartered and liquid removed
  • 1 can (4.5-ounce) shrimp, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 1/3 x -(up to)
  • 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  •     Capers for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cool water.
  2. Chill. Add in remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Refrigerateat least 4 hrs. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers.
  3. Yield: 8 to 10servings.
