Ingredients
- 1/2 lb thin spaghetti
- 4 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Â Â salt and white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions
- 1. Cook spaghetti in 1 Quart. of boiling salted water for 6 to 8 min or possibly till al dente. Drain immediately.
- 2 .Place oil in sauteepan and heat over medium flame. Add in garlic and sauteeuntil soft but not burned.
- 3. Add in pasta, salt, and white pepper to taste. Add in parsley, swirling the pan till pasta is warm. Serve.
