Ingredients

  • 4 x ripe wrinkled passion fruits
  • 3 med ripe mangos peeled, minced
  •     (or possibly use large ripe peaches)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar or possibly to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the passion fruits into halves. Spoon the pulp (seeds and all) into a food processor container or possibly blender.
  2. Add in the mangos. Process till pureed. Strain out the seeds. Taste the mix and add in sugar if you like.
  3. Freeze the mix in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
  4. This recipe yields 5 or possibly 6 servings.
