• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
•     Vanilla extract
• 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
• 3/4 c. Light brown sugar firmly
•     Packed
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. Oatmeal old fashioned, or possibly
•     Quick cooking oatmeal
• 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
