Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. Unsalted butter
• 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
• 3/4 c. Brown sugar
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp Cardamon
• 3 c. Rolled oats
• 1 c. Dry cranberries (or possibly other dry fruit)
