Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bulk Italian Sausage crumbled and fried (drain all but 2 Tbsp. of grease)
  • 8 x Green peppers sliced in rings
  • 4 x Onions sliced in rings
  • 2 x Cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  •     Jack Cheese
  • 1 can Beer ( I have used the non alcoholic kind and it works fine)

Directions

  1. Add in peppers and onions, mushrooms and garlic to liquid removed sausage stir fry adding a little beer and letting it cook down stirring every now and then.
  2. The trick with this is which you don"t want a lot of juice so you add in the beer a little at a time and let it cook down. To serve open submarine rolls and put sausage mix on buns lay the Jack cheese on top and broil till cheese has melted. Hope you all enjoy this as much as we have. Neva
