Ingredients
- 2 c. Butter
- 2 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 c. Light brown sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 c. All-purpose flour
- 5 c. Oatmeal, blended*
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 24 ounce Chocolate chips
- 1 x 8 ounce. Hershey bar (grated)
- 3 c. Minced pecans
Directions
- Cream the butter and both sugars. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking pwdr, and soda. Add in chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min at 375 degrees.
- Makes 112cookies (recipe may be halved.
- *Measure oatmeal, then blend in a blender to a fine pwdr.
