Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Italian sausage
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 lb process American cheese cubed
- 3/4 c. salsa
- Â Â tortilla chips
Directions
- In a 1 1/2 quart. microwave-safe container, cook sausage, green pepper and onion on high for 2-3 min or possibly till sausage is fully cooked; drain. Add in the cheese and salsa. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 min, stirring frequently till cheese is melted and mix is smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly vegetables.
