Directions

1.Wipe the mushrooms and cut in half,and in slices.
2.Peel,wash and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
3.Heat the oil,and stew the onion and garlic.
4.Add mushrooms,salt,pepper,and tomato sauce and mix.
5.Pour savory and serve with polenta,steak,on a pizza (cold),etc.
