- 6 Tbsp. Mulberry vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â SALAD
- 1 lrg Head red leaf lettuce minced
- 1 lrg Head romaine lettuce minced
- 1 bn Arugula, minced
- 3/4 lb Mushrooms, minced
- 3/4 lb Tomatoes, minced
- 4 x Green onions, minced
- 1/4 c. Chopped fresh dill
Directions
- Mix first 5 vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in extra virgin olive oil. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Add in sufficient dressing to season to taste and toss well.
