Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat butter over Medium heat. Add in onion and cook 5 min, or possibly till tender. Add in clam juice, cream of asparagu soup and lowfat milk.
  2. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring often. Add in crabmeat and asparagus, reduce heat to Low. Add in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper; simmer 5 min.
  3. Serves 4.
