Directions

  1. Heat butter, add in celery and onions and saute/fry for 15 min, or possibly till tender. In cool water soak a few slices of the bread at a time and squeeze. Pour butter mix over bread and add in seasonings. Lastly, add in Large eggs and mix lightly with 2 forks. Bake in 11"x14" pan in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
