Ingredients
4 ounce imitation crab
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
8 ounce low fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. onion or possibly scallions, chopped
Directions
Shred crabmeat. Combine all ingredients and chill, covered. Serve with whole wheat crackers and/or possibly raw vegetable sticks.
