Ingredients

  • 4 ounce imitation crab
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 ounce low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. onion or possibly scallions, chopped

Directions

  1. Shred crabmeat. Combine all ingredients and chill, covered. Serve with whole wheat crackers and/or possibly raw vegetable sticks.
