- Mix together. Cold till thick like pudding. Then cold. 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 c. sugar
- After pudding part is cooled whip butter, shortening and sugar till very fluffy. Then add in 1 spoonful of pudding mix one at a time, continue to whip till all pudding is used up. Continue to whip for 10-15 min till very fluffy. You can add in nuts or possibly coconut if you like.
