  • 1 lg. bag frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • Croutons

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables. Put in large casserole dish. Fold in soup. Put cheese and croutons on top. Pour butter over all. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
