Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. veg. oil or possibly melted shortening
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 c. walnuts

Directions

Heat shortening in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Stir in sugar. Cold. Stir in vanilla and Large eggs into sugar mix. Stir dry ingredients into mix. (I buy presifted flour so I never sift anything.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Don't over cook!
