  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. pasta (shell or possibly egg noodles or possibly elbow)
  • 1 sm. minced onion
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed
  • 1/2 (16 ounce.) pkg. your favorite frzn vegetable, rinsed under warm water to thaw

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta as package directs; drain and set aside. In 2 qt casserole, cook onions on High for 3 to 4 min. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add in noodles, tuna and vegetable, toss to mix well. Cook, covered on High 8 to 10 min till mix is warm. Stir occasionally during cooking. Let stand, covered 5 min. If desired, sprinkle with cheese flavored cracker crumbs. Makes 6 servings.
