Ingredients
- 4 c. mixed olives liquid removed (such as Alfonse, Gaeta and Sicilian)
- 1/4 c. caper berries liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. julienne strips orange zest
- 1 tsp fennel seeds crushed
- 1 lrg garlic clove sliced
Directions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, marinate olives, covered and chilled, stirring occasionally, at least 1 day and up to 3.
