Ingredients

  • 4 c. mixed olives liquid removed (such as Alfonse, Gaeta and Sicilian)
  • 1/4 c. caper berries liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. julienne strips orange zest
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds crushed
  • 1 lrg garlic clove sliced

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients, marinate olives, covered and chilled, stirring occasionally, at least 1 day and up to 3.
