Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 ounce. orange liqueur
- 1/2 c. white seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. black currents
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate
Directions
- Soften the cream cheese and butter to room temperature, approximately one hour. Beat the cream cheese and butter together in a mixer till it is a smooth creamy texture. Don't over beat. With the mix on slow, add in the sugar, lemon juice, orange liqueur, raisins, and currents. Mix thoroughly. Refrigeratethoroughly, about one hour. Heat chocolate over boiling water. Dish out the cream on a plate with an ice cream scoop and surround with chocolate sauce. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serves 4 to 6.
