Directions

  1. Place the water in a saucepan, add in all the vegetables & the garlic.
  2. Cook stirring occasionally, for 15 min. Stir in the curry pwdr, cumin & soy sauce, mix well. Remove from the heat. Add in the beans; mix well.
  3. Place the mix in a food processor or possibly blender & process briefly till minced but not pureed. Chill.
