Ingredients
- 6-8 boned and skinned chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. herb stuffing or possibly bread crumbs
- 1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
- 1 stick Promise butter, melted
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and coat with dry ingredient mix. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min. Low cholesterol.
