Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Pickapeppa sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. Burgundy or possibly other dry red wine
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
- Prick both sides of steak or possibly brisket and place in shallow pan. Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over steak. Cover and marinate 24 hrs.
