Ingredients
- 1/2 c. maple syrup (125ml)
- 1/2 c. mango chutney (125ml)
- 1/2 c. ketchup (125ml)
- 1/2 c. bottled bbq sauce (125ml)
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce (125ml)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger pwdr (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. onion pwdr (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper (15ml)
- 2 Tbsp. warm sauce (optional) (30ml)
- 1 x juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a non-reactive heavy bottomed sauce pan. Place over medium low heat and cook for 20 min without letting the sauce boil. Stir occasionally.
