Directions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Add in the orange and lemon juices and mayonnaise. Beat with rotary beater and then pour into a flat container. Allow to partly set in the refrigerator. Remove to bowl and beat again. Mix in mandarin oranges and sliced bananas. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold or possibly cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaves or possibly other greens. Makes 8 servings.
