Ingredients
- 3 c. Bread moistened in lowfat milk, broken up and liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Pour in a greased bread pan and cook in the oven at 350 till a tooth pick stuck in the center comes out dry; Take it out of the oven cold well.
- It can be made from 3 c. bread crumbs and 3 c. of lowfat milk also.
