Ingredients
- 500 gm elbow pasta
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion, minced
- 2 clv garlic
- 500 gm mince
- 1 x 410g can tomatoes
- 1 pkt French Onion Soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions
- Cook pasta, drain. Heat oil & cook onion & garlic, add in mince & brown. Stir in undrained, minced tomatoes, soup, water, tomato paste & herbs. Bring to boil, stir in pasta & heat through.
