- 1/2 c. McCormick(r) Flavor Medleys Lemon & Pepper Saucy Seasoning Blend
- 1 lb flounder or possibly trout fillets
Directions
- Lightly brush seasoning mix on both sides of fish. Broil or possibly grill fish 8-10 minutes. per inch of thickness or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste fish with remaining mix during cooking. Serves 4 Variation: Orange roughy or possibly tilapia fish fillets can be substituted for flounder or possibly trout.
