Ingredients
- 9 ounce fettuccine
- 10 ounce Alfredo sauce, 5 brothers
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 lb shrimp, cooked and shelled
- 2 x green onion thinly sliced
Directions
- 1. In a 5 qt pan, bring 2 1/2 to 3 qts water to a boil over high heat. Add in pasta and cook till just tender to bite, 2 to 3 min.
- 2. Meanwhile in a 10 to 12 inch nonstick frying pan over medium heat, bring sauce, lemon peel and lemon juice to a simmer.
- 3. Drain pasta well. Add in pasta and shrimp to sauce, stir to coat and heat just till shrimp are warm. Sprinkle with green onion.
