Lamb In A Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd lamb
  • 1/2 med. onion, minced or possibly 1/4 c. dry onion
  • 1 or possibly 2 tubes of refrigerated biscuits (or possibly make your own)
  • 1 c. grated cheddar or possibly Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Brown lamb and onion till cooked. Flatten each biscuit into a 6 inch oval. Place 1 or possibly 2 tbsp of lamb-onion on one end of flattened biscuit. Top with cheese. Fold over biscuit and seal edges with fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 min or possibly till biscuits are puffed and golden. (Delicious served with hot mustard or possibly barbecue sauce!)
