Ingredients
- 1 c. oreo cookie crumbs (app 14)
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 24 x marshmallows, large
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk, cool
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 ounce kahlua
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 x Baker's solid semi-sweet
- 1 x chocolate for curls (optiona
Directions
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter in and 8-inch pie pan. Mix well and press firmly in an even layer over bottom and sides of pan to create a crust. Place in freezer till hard. Meanwhile, heat marshmallows with lowfat milk and salt over warm water. Cold till mix will mound on a spoon.
- Stir in Kahlua. Beat cream stiff and fold into marshmallow mix.
- Refrigerateabout 30 min, till mix holds ripples when stirred lightly.
- turn into chilled cookie shell and freeze hard. Before serving, arrange acircle of chocolate curls in the center (optional) and cut intowedges.
