Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
- 2 x (10-oz) jars jalapeno jelly
- 1/3 c. fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 2/3 c. finely minced sweet onion (such as Vidalia or possibly Walla Walla Sweets)
- 1/3 c. finely minced fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Combine whiskey, jelly, lime juice and onion in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min. Remove from heat; stir in mint. Brush on fish, shellfish, lamb or possibly chicken near the end of grilling.
