Ingredients
- 8 x Lemons (up to 10)
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- 1 x 1/2 c. lemon juice (up to 1)
- 8 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- For a difference in flavor, add in 2 or possibly more c. of another fruit which is sliced, diced or possibly pureed. Such as strawberries, cherries, watermelon, raspberries. In saucepan, bring to a boil 2 c. water and 2 c. sugar.
- Let cold. Then mix together in an ice cream freezer as you would regular ice cream.
