  • Brownie batter:
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 7 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cheesecake batter:
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur
