  1. Put chili pwdr into skillet, add in vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and catsup. Stir in water. Add in corned beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 20 min. Stir occasionally. Cook till liquid evaporates. Hot buns and place on buns. I halve the recipe. It's something quick.
