Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together to make pancake batter. Lowfat milk may be added to thicken batter to taste. Pour batter onto warm, greased pancake griddle. Cook on each side till golden.
