Ingredients
- 3 lg. tomatoes
- 6 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon each basil, thyme, oregano and sugar
- 1/4 c. potato chip crumbs
Directions
- Heat oven to 300 degrees. Cut core from tomatoes and cut them in half. Place halves in shallow pan; cut side up. Put a tsp. of butter on each half. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the tomatoes. Bake for 30 min.
