Directions

  1. Recipe makes two 9-inch quiche. Mix together the first 6 ingredients and saute/fry in oil for 5 min. Let cold 10 min. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together and add in cheeses. Mix well with vegetables and basil. Bake in 9-inch whole wheat crust or possibly buttered baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
