Directions

  1. Grate/process and combine the potato, onion & carrots. Add in rest.
  2. Mix it all together and shape it into a tube. If it is too mushy to handle, add in more matzoh meal. Roll into foil or possibly a Reynolds Plastic Oven Bag - Freeze.
  3. When ready for the cholent, pierce foil or possibly plastic a few times with a fork.
  4. Simmer overnight in cholent.
