Ingredients

2 lbs. hamburger
3 c. celery, minced
2 c. onions, minced
2 cans tomato soup
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. French fries

Directions

Brown hamburger, mix ingredients except French Fries. Put into 9 x 13 pan. Put French Fries on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or possibly till French Fries are brown.
