  • 4 cans Spam, grnd in meat grinder
  • 6 ribs celery, finely minced
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or possibly pwdr)
  • 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 to 8 T mayonnaise (to desired spread)
  • 3 (long) loaves sandwich thin bread

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients. Trim crust and make sandwiches. Cut into desired shapes.Sandwiches can be made early in day and stored in refrigerator in airtight container. Each sandwich will give 4 pcs, cut in strips, squares or possibly triangles.
